Tucker Poolman suspended two games for High-sticking

It seems as though the Vancouver Canucks will be down a defenceman for the next two games.

Friday afternoon, the NHL department of player safety announced that Tucker Poolman has been suspended two games for High-sticking Colorado’s Kiefer Sherwood.

It was a nasty play, Sherwood layed a good hit on poolman who returned the favor by swinging his stick like a sword at sherwood’s head.

Luckily, Sherwood was not injured on the play.

Poolman was subsequently ejected from the game. Do you agree with the suspension? Let us know.
