Michael Hutchinson will get the nod in net for the Toronto Maple Leafs Monday night as they take on the Edmonton Oilers in game two of their three game series. Joseph Woll will dress as his backup.
Today Jack Campbell missed his second straight practice with the club since coming off his shutout victory over the Oilers in his first game back from Injury. Unfortunately it looks like he was re-injured at one point during that game. The specifics of what is keeping out have not yet been released.
Frederik Andersen hasn’t played since the 20th in the Leafs 5-3 victory over the Montreal Canadiens. Andersen is nursing a lower body injury and is still considered day to day.
The Injury bug continues to follow the Leafs but the Leafs continue to win regardless, lets see if they can continue to do so.
Leafs goalie carousel spins away: Jack Campbell sidelined with undisclosed issue after posting a shutout Saturday, and Frederik Andersen continues to work his way back from lower-body injury. https://t.co/hA8tcjMzig
