Three Teams Currently Have 1st Round Pick Offers On Table For Nick Foligno

The Columbus Blue Jackets have floated the idea of moving their captain Nick Foligno ahead of the NHL trade deadline but they made it clear that the price would be very high.

Nick Foligno has played nine seasons for the Columbus Blue Jackets becoming their captain in 2015. In his nine seasons with the Blue Jackets he put has 334 points in 599 games. He is a hard nosed veteran that plays the game hard and is an excellent addition to any playoff team.

According to TSN’s Frank Seravalli there are currently three teams who have offered up a first round pick as part of their package to acquire Foligno, the teams:

Toronto Maple Leafs

Colorado Avalanche

Washington Capitals

All three teams have been very active ahead of the deadline and would love to add the veteran leadership and abilities that Foligno can offer.
