It appears all of the Seattle Kraken goalies are now accounted for.
The Kraken have signed Chris Driedger of the Florida Panthers to a 3-year deal worth $10,500,000. The 27-year-old goalie played 23 games for the Panthers last year, putting together an impressive .927 save percentage on the season.
Vitek Vanecek is the goalie Seattle is selecting next from the Washington Capitals, likely to work in tandem with Dridger. The 25-year-old goalie played 37 games for the Washington Capitals last season, with a .908 save percentage. He is currently in the final year of a deal which carries a $716,667 cap hit.
Last but not least, from the Ottawa Senators, the Kraken are taking a talented 24-year-old goalie prospect who played just 8 games for the Ottawa Senators last season with a .897 save percentage to show for it. He is signed for 2 more years to a cap hit of $750,000.
