San Jose Sharks Coach RIPS Into Two Players After Game

Bob Boughner

San Jose Sharks head coach Bob Boughner didn’t mince his words following the Sharks 5-2 loss to the Minnesota Wild Sunday night

Bob Boughner had this to say about forwards Kevin Labanc and Timo Meier following the game:

They were both horrible in the first period. They didn’t deserve to play in the top six or the top nine for that matter. I just made the decision after the first period, if you’re not ready to play, put both those guys on the same line and let them try to figured it out down there.

The San Jose Sharks managed to score the first goal of the game but after that the wheels fell off as the Minnesota Wild put together five unanswered goals, three of which were scored in just over a minute! A tough loss for the Sharks that find themselves sixth in the division currently fighting for that final playoff spot.
