Patrick Roy Looking To Get Back Into Coaching / Management Role in NHL

Patrick Roy

Patrick Roy has been out of the NHL since 2016 when he stepped down as the head coach and vice-president of hockey operations for the Avalanche due to personal reasons.

Now 5 years later it appears Patrick Roy has interest in rejoining the League in a coaching or management capacity.

PBI Sports a sports agency company announced Monday that they have signed Patrick Roy as a client and are currently looking to find him NHL coaching and management opportunities.

Perhaps a job with his Montreal Canadiens is in the future? The Habs made a head coaching switch mid season that has clearly not worked out, will the club give Dominique Ducharme more time to figure it out? Or will they take a chance and hire a home town hero?
