Nico Hischier to make devils debut

Nico Hischier has missed the first part of the NHL season with a leg injury. Without Hischier the New Jersey Devils have continued to impress, maintaining a solid 6-3-2 record despite being without their number one center.

Well it appears as if the Devils will not be without their star center for much longer. Nico Hischier took to his instagram profile last night and posted this:

Nico Hischier to make devils debut

It appears he is letting fans know that it’s time to get to work.

The 22 year old center is coming off an impressive season with the Devils last year posting 36 points in just 58 games and had shown major improvements in his game that were previous lacking.

One can only assume as well rested but most importantly healthy Nico Hischier is going to do some damage in his division.

He is listed as a game time decision today as the Devils take on the Sabres.
