Evander Kane’s Wife Accuses Him of Gambling On His Own Games

It’s been widely known that San Jose Sharks forward Evander Kane has had issues with gambling. Gambling issues, which caused him to file for bankruptcy near the start of the year.

Well now new, even more serious allegations are coming out about the star forward, but this time they are being made by his wife through her Instagram account.

Among the stories she posted today, one read:

“@NHL Can someone ask Gary Bettman how they can let a player gamble on his own games? Bet and win with bookies on his own games?”

These are serious allegations being made by Evander Kane’s wife, and we put emphasis on allegations, as there has been no evidence or facts presented to back her claim up and Evander Kane is innocent until proven guilty.

Should these allegations be investigated and proven, Kane would more than likely face permanent removal from the league.

Kane’s chances of starting next season with the San Jose Sharks looked grim already, with multiple teammates requesting he be traded in their exit interviews.
