Well there it is, an NHL team has finally spoken up and said what most fans around the league are already thinking.
The New York Rangers twitter account released a statement Tuesday night stating that they are not happy with the NHL player safety departments decision to not suspend Tom Wilson for his antics that lead to the Rangers start player Artemi Panarin being ruled out for the rest of the season.

About 8 minutes into the second period of last nights game Tom Wilson pulled Buchnevich to the ice and then promptly punched him in the back of the head, shortly after he grabbed Panarin by the hair and slammed him to the ice, luckily for Wilson Panarin landed on his shoulder rather than his head.
This sort of public statement by a NHL team criticizing the NHL is very rare and it will be interesting to see what comes from this.
