Punishment has been handed down to Jason Spezza for his hit on Neal Pionk against the Winnipeg Jets.
The NHL player safety department has suspended Spezza for six games.
A very hefty punishment for a player who has zero reputation of those types of hits.
Meanwhile, Neal Pionk was only suspended for 2 games for injuring Rasmus Sandin.
