The Chicago Blackhawks are wasting no time attempting to improve their team this off-season.
After shipping Duncan Keith off to Edmonton, it now appears the Blackhawks have taken aim at acquiring Marc-Andre Fleury from the Vegas Golden Knights for some stability in net.

Last season the Blackhawks were looking at a Malcom Subban replacement, this was before he started to turn his season around and play better.
But now all signs point to Fleury, who was once a teammate of Subban with the Golden Knights, taking Subban’s spot next to Kevin Lankinen.
Sportsnet Insider Elliotte Friedman had this to say on his 31 thoughts podcast:
I do think that they are interested in adding to their goal tending, there was a comment made in the Athletic today that there are some rumblings that they are in on Marc-Andre Fleury, I think that’s true.
It will be interesting to see how this story plays out, keep your eyes peeled as the news could break at any moment.
